Bookings are confirmed in the RAYY app. Open the app to see your booking and its reference.
If a payment went through but you don't see a booking, contact support with the booking reference or payment date.
Prices on the website are indicative. The final price is shown in the app before you pay.

Email Support@rayy.io with your booking reference or payment date and we'll reply by email.

Never share your password, OTPs or full card details. RAYY support will never ask for them.
